Baby kale
Shredded red cabbage
Thinly sliced heirloom rainbow carrots
Sliced radishes
Sliced cucumber
Pea shoots
Avocado, sliced
Dried dulse flakes
Green onion, finely sliced
Black sesame seeds
Dressing of your choice
INstructions
Add a layer of brown rice to each bowl.
Arrange baby kale, red cabbage, carrots, radishes, cucumber, and pea shoots in sections over the rice.
Layer on the smoked salmon and sliced avocado.
Sprinkle with dried dulse, green onion, and black sesame seeds.
Drizzle generously with your favourite dressing.
