  • Cooked brown rice

  • Save da Sea Smoked Salmon

  • Baby kale

  • Shredded red cabbage

  • Thinly sliced heirloom rainbow carrots

  • Sliced radishes

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Pea shoots

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Dried dulse flakes

  • Green onion, finely sliced

  • Black sesame seeds

  • Dressing of your choice

INstructions

  • Add a layer of brown rice to each bowl.

  • Arrange baby kale, red cabbage, carrots, radishes, cucumber, and pea shoots in sections over the rice.

  • Layer on the smoked salmon and sliced avocado.

  • Sprinkle with dried dulse, green onion, and black sesame seeds.

  • Drizzle generously with your favourite dressing.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
