INGREDIENTS
1 pack inari (seasoned tofu pockets)
2 cups cooked sushi rice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Save da Sea smoked salmon
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional toppings: green onion, pickled ginger, avocado slices, or a drizzle of plant-based spicy mayo
INstructions
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
Gently fold this mixture into the cooked rice. Let it cool to room temperature.
Roll small balls of sushi rice and gently stuff them into each inari pocket.
Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of each filled pocket.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
Add optional garnishes like green onion, pickled ginger, avocado, or plant-based spicy mayo drizzle.
