Ingredients
1 cup cooked sushi rice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Your fave cream cheese
Nori sheets

Instructions
Makes 3 wraps!
In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
Gently fold the mixture into the cooked sushi rice and let it cool to room temperature.
Cut a slit halfway up the middle of the nori sheet.
Add sushi rice, cream cheese, cucumber, and Tuna to each section of the nori.
Fold, wrap, and enjoy!
