Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • Your fave cream cheese

  • Nori sheets

  • Save Da Sea Tuna Salad

Instructions

Makes 3 wraps!

  1. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

  2. Gently fold the mixture into the cooked sushi rice and let it cool to room temperature.

  3. Cut a slit halfway up the middle of the nori sheet.

  4. Add sushi rice, cream cheese, cucumber, and Tuna to each section of the nori.

  5. Fold, wrap, and enjoy!
